TUITION AND FEES SCHEDULE June 2008 - May 2009
Master’s Degree Programs and Non-Degree Students
- Application Fee (non-refundable): $50.00
- Enrollment Reservation Deposit (non-refundable): $100.00 - This will be applied to your first tuition bill.
- Tuition for Academic Credit:
- 8-14 credits/quarter (Full Time): $4,840 per quarter
- 1-7 credits/quarter (Part Time): $605 per credit
- 15+ credits/quarter: $4,840 + $605 for each credit above 14
- $302 per quarter credit hour for students taking CPE and students on field education internships
- Graduation Fee: $150.00
- Continuing Registration Fee: $50.00 per quarter (excluding summer) for any student not registered who wishes to remain an active student in a masters degree program.
- Technology Fee:
- 4+ credits/quarter: $35 per quarter
- 1-3 credits/quarter: $15 per quarter
- Student Activities Fee: 4+ credits/quarter: $15.00 per quarter
Doctor of Ministry Program (for 2007-2008 entering class)
- Application Fee (non-refundable): $50.00
- Tuition for the class entering the academic year 2007-2008 is $10,000 for the entire program if completed in three years. This is payable in three installments:
- First Year: $4,000
- Second Year: $3, 000
- Third Year: $3,000
- Program Continuance Fee: $200 per year for each year beyond 3 and upto 6
- Graduation Fee: $200
- Deferral Fee (leave of absence): $200
- Program Extensions* Fee: $575 (equivalent to one credit hour at the master’s level rate)
- Technology Fee:
- First Year: $110
- Second Year: $83

All Students
- Registration Fees:
- Change in course registration (drop/add) after announced date: $25.00
- Non-online registration for continuing degree students: $50.00
- Late registration: $100.00 after first week of classes
- Late Continuing Registration Fee: $10.00
- Auditor’s Fees:
- Master’s level: $302.00.per quarter credit hour
- Other Fees:
- Incomplete business affairs fee (not meeting announced deadline for payment or payment arrangements): $15.00
- Finance charge: 12% per annum on account balances over $100, calculated at the end of each month
- Fee to remove each grade of Incomplete: $20.00
- Parking (non-resident students): $25.00 per quarter
- Parking card deposit (residential students): $25.00
- Replacement of lost identification card: $10.00
