Step-By-Step Must Do’s

3 steps you MUST do to receive your financial aid

Step One

Review your award letter which will be emailed to you. Save one copy of the letter for your files. Make another copy. Scan and sign that copy or photo copy and send it to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or fax it to the attention of the Financial Aid Office at 303-765-1141. If there is any part of the award letter that you DO NOT wish to accept, draw a single line through that item and initial the change

Please note that we MUST have a copy of the signed Award Letter in our Financial Aid Office along with a signed copy of the Direct Deposit Form and VOIDED check BEFORE funds can be disbursed.

Step Two

If you have completed an application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) eligibility for Federal student loans has been included on your Award Letter. If you have not previously completed a Master Promissory Note, you should do so now. You should also complete the Entrance Counseling located on the same site. To complete the Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling go to https://studentloans.gov.
