Iliff on the Road: Northwest Alumni & Friends, Prof. Jacob Kinnard, Portland

Description: Jacob Kinnard, professor of comparative religions, will speak on “What Makes a Sacred Place Sacred: Ground Zero and Devils Tower” at the Seattle-Portland Alumni & Friends event sponsored by the Iliff Alumni/ae Association. Come to hear Jacob discuss his new book, Places in Motion: The Dynamic Lives of Images, Temples, and Pilgrims, (Oxford, 2014), and get an up-to-date report on what’s happening at Iliff.
