Social Change Praxis: Government & Community Partnerships

This course will explore the unique roles of nonprofits and local, state, and federal government; the importance of advocacy; and the nature of government-community partnerships. Using a combination of lecture and experiential learning, this course provides a pragmatic exploration of the important ways that government and community organizations, working together, can impact change around a variety of social issues.
