Description: Dr. Carrie Doehring, associate professor of pastoral care and counseling, is the keynote speaker at “When Faith Counts,” a day long seminar sponsored by the Oklahoma Health Center Clinical Pastoral Education Institute, Vivian Wimberly Center for Ethics, and Servant Leadership at Oklahoma City University. Doehring will speak on “When Faith Counts: Coaching Your Parishoners Through Crisis.” This conference will help participants identify stressors in the lives of parishioners, as well as learn methods to assist parishioners during crises.
