Cokesbury Employee Reception

Description: The Cokesbury stores are being terminated soon. We would like to honor the employees who have served us for so many years. We are honoring all Denver area Cokesbury employees including Su Friedman, who was the manager of the Cokesbury store at Iliff and also managed the store in Englewood for more than 40 years. There will be a reception in the Iliff Great Hall. Parking will be provided in Iliff’s West lot ©, parking code: 13579

Guests are invited to bring cards of appreciation. There will be a time for stories about our Cokesbury experiences. For those who wish to make a donation in appreciation of Cokesbury, Su Friedman, and the employees who have faithfully served us, you are invited to contribute to the Center for the Church and Global AIDS to help rebuild a school in Riruta, Nairobi, Kenya. Donations and notes can be brought to the event or may be sent to Arvada United Methodist Church, in care of The Reverend Rusty Butler, 6750 Carr Street, Arvada, CO 80004.
