ILIFF WELCOMES TWO NEW TRUSTEES
(DENVER) – The Iliff School of Theology Board of Trustees announces the appointments of Donna Bates Boucher and Peter D. Willis as members.
“The Board of Trustees welcomes our newest members,” said Jim Wilkins, Board Chairperson. “We are delighted at their depth of knowledge and skills. We look forward to working with them.”
Boucher is active in the community, serving on the boards of the Mesa Verde Foundation, Samaritan Institute and the advisory board of the Colorado School of Public Health. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Willis is an attorney with Kutak Rock LLP, Denver, where he serves in the Litigation Department. In this role, he handles a myriad of corporate litigation cases and corporate counseling. He also serves as an arbitrator on the National Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Willis serves on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Judicial Institute, as president of the Board of Griffith Centers for Children and as general counsel to Christian Living Campus, LLC and Mountain States Employers’ Council, Inc. He is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Colorado Bar Foundation.
The Iliff School of Theology is a graduate theological school related to the United Methodist Church, serving more than 38 different faith traditions. Founded in 1892, the school provides several degree programs, including a Joint Ph.D. Program with the University of Denver.
