March 24, 2020

Dear Colleagues:

Denver Mayor Hancock has declared a “Stay at Home” order in the City of Denver. The order goes into effect Tuesday, March 24 at 5 PM and remains in place through April 10.  Iliff employees do not need to adjust the way they have been functioning with respect to our current remote working policy.  The order states that because we are an educational institution, we are an “essential business” [Please see provision 6(f)(xi) of Mayor Hancocks order]. Mail pickup will be able to continue as previously determined. Although the library is temporarily suspending access to the physical collection for non-faculty, an exception has been made for faculty who need access to the collection to complete their work. [Faculty, please see Micah Saxton’s March 24th “Library Access for Faculty” email for more details.]  It is suggested that you bring your Iliff I.D. with you when you come to the building.

I continue to hope that you and yours are well and that you are keeping safe.
