There is a curious power to sitting silently together and sharing insights as we are moved: it’s a blend of individual and communal spiritual practice with precedents in the Society of Friends and Buddhist traditions, among others.
The core of our practice is a brief introduction, approximately 20 minutes of still, silent meditation, followed by a little time to speak afterward (speaking is optional). Meditation instruction/advice is available.
This group is open to everyone and beginners are welcome. Meditation cushions and chairs are available.
