Rev. Katherine “Kay” Farley has been enjoying full time ministry since 1999. Prior to being full time in ministry she served as Admissions Assistant and Director of Student Services at Iliff School of Theology for seven years. She received her master’s of divinity degree from Boston University where she learned the meticulous value of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. words, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.”

It was at Iliff where I challenged myself to discover the true meaning of this quote. I have been a Trustee at Iliff, since 2014, because it gives me the opportunity to embrace students who stand in adversity and see the challenge. In these times of testing Iliff students see the importance of witnessing and empower others.
