A Tree Planted: Leading Change in Tumultuous Times
Guiding an organization through change is one of the most challenging tasks of leadership. In this workshop, Dr. Lizardy-Hajbi will offer a number of frameworks for understanding change, as well as strategic practices for leading change in congregations and non-profit organizations.
- Examine social, emotional, and spiritual perspectives on change
- Re-imagine change as a naturally-occurring phenomenon to be embraced (or at least accepted)
- Recognize the effects of initiating change within an organization, and how leaders can anticipate and successfully respond to these effects
- Identify habits and practices for leadership that prioritize care of self and professional longevity
Registration does not include meals (we will provide snacks and drinks). There are many restaurants within a short walking distance from Iliff.
