Rev. Dr. Diane Bogues
Associate Dean of Students

Rev. Dr. Diane Bogues joined Iliff School of Theology as the new Associate Dean of Students on July 1, 2025.

Rev. Dr. Bogues brings extensive experience in theological education as a former Director Admissions and Financial Aid (Lancaster Theological Seminary), Director of Recruitment (McCormick Theological Seminary), Recruiter (Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School), Director of New Student Recruitment and Church Vocations (Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary), City Planner, Neighborhood Builder, Economic Developer, Consultant, and Senior Pastor (Mandell UMC- Chicago). She served Greater Institutional AME Church in Chicago as Children, Youth, & Young Adults Pastor, Executive Pastor (14 years), and Interim Pastor (2021-22).

Br. Daniel Klawitter
Enrollment Manager

Daniel Klawitter joined the Iliff staff as an Admissions Representative in January of 2015. He is responsible for developing relationships with prospective students and answering a wide variety of questions pertaining to Iliff’s programs, the admissions process, community life at Iliff, and professional opportunities that might exist beyond graduation.

Daniel is also an alum of the school, graduating summa cum laude in 2002 with a Master of Divinity degree with a concentration in Justice and Peace Studies. During his time as a student at Iliff, Daniel won the Bishop Melvin E. and Lucile Wheatley Peace and Justice Award, the Ronald E. Sleeth Preaching Award, and a faculty appointment to the Justice and Peace Committee for the 2000-2001 academic year.

Before working in Admissions, Daniel spent twelve years in Denver as a respected union labor activist and community organizer with SEIU Local 105 (Service Employees International Union), FRESC (Front Range Economic Strategy Center), and AFT-Colorado (American Federation of Teachers). In 2011 he was recognized by Iliff with an award for “Outstanding Contributions to Specialized Ministry” due to his work with the Interfaith Worker Justice Committee of Colorado.

Since 2000, Daniel has been a professed brother in the ecumenical Order of Saint Luke, a religious community established in 1946 that is dedicated primarily to sacramental and liturgical scholarship, education, and practice. He is also an accomplished and award-winning poet and the author of several books, including Where Sunday Used to Be: New and Selected Poems (Wipf and Stock/Resource Publications, 2022).

Alexandra Ravenscroft 
Admissions Counselor 

Alexandra Ravenscroft is an Admissions Counselor here at Iliff. With half a decade of experience, she is responsible for developing relationships with prospective students and answering a wide variety of questions about Iliff’s programs, the admissions process, community life at Iliff, and professional opportunities that might exist beyond graduation. She brings training and experience in topics of LGBTIQ, BIPOC, Right Use of Power, Cross-Cultural Exchange, Movement to End Sexual Assault (MESA), Title IX Civil Rights, and Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM).
 
Alexandra is an alumnus of Naropa University, graduating in 2015 with a Master of Divinity degree and a concentration in History of Religions. Alexandra is a native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and currently lives in Denver, Colorado, with her partner. Alexandra is ordained in a Norse pagan organization called Forn Sidr of America and serves as their Gudellri/head clergy. She brings years of experience in religious education, spiritually-based life coaching, and consulting. She also serves her community as a Death doula, having received her certification from the University of Vermont.
